I am a business lawyer. I have spent over 23 years advising and supporting businesses and their management. I have represented entrepreneurs, small corporations, LLC's, mid-size corporations as well as public companies with world-wide presence. I have provided end-to-end fully integrated legal counsel and expertise, supporting all functions of a business, in a variety of industries, including consumer products, manufacturing, retail, construction, and chemicals market. I spent 15 years in-house with a NYSE listed retailer and manufacturer.

In 1992 I formed the law firm of Banks and Neill; which later became a part of McMillan Constabile LLP a Larchmont, NY firm. In 1998 I joined Ethan Allen (ETH:NYSE) as Real Estate and Business Development Counsel. In 2002 I became Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the home furnishings retailer and manufacturer.
